Now Hiring - Territory Managers - Central & South NJ

 

The Territory Manager will be responsible, as the leader/manager of all Community Education Liaisons, for driving growth in the assigned territory  Some of the specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for census goals, both individually and for the assigned territory
  • Participates in weekly calls with marketing team to set goals for the week and holds team accountable for their goals
  • Prepares quarterly strategic plans
  • Communicates and collaborates with clinical team to expand and grow territory
  • Works in collaboration with other members of senior leadership team; evaluates and recommends strategies for expansion and enhancement of Hospice and Home Care programs, business development activities and education 
  • Responsible for building strong customer relationships that directly lead to the growth and expansion of the program 
  • Researches and conducts strategic outreach to expand Ascend’s presence in the community
  • Responsible for contract management, including contract review and education in facilities
  • Provides back up to Executive Director when needed
  • Recognizes and performs other duties which need to be performed and as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education:

High School Graduate

Bachelor's Degree preferred

 

Professional Experience:

  • Managerial/supervisory experience
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Expertise in written/oral communication
  • Previous hospice experience
  • Service coordination and case management
  • Able to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
  • Able to support and promote the Hospice philosophy to referral sources in the medical industry
